Led by Anna Beyerle-Rosen and Licensed Professional Counselor Jenna Kaufman, we will move through a guided meditation to help center our minds and open our hearts. Together, with song and study, we will share our intentions, fostering a supportive community that nurtures each individual's journey. This gathering is open to all individuals who identify as women, whether you are familiar with these practices or new to them. Bring a journal, a comfortable cushion, and an open heart.
